Tailgate Areas

The Oakland A's want you and your guests to have the best experience possible when planning your tailgate party at the Coliseum. Please review the information below before heading to the ballpark to make sure your party goes off without a hitch.

  • Reserved K-Lot Tailgate Area

    • There is one reserved tailgate area available in North K Lot. The maximum capacity for this area is 800 people.
    • Cost: $250. Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date.
    • Each group will receive three (3) K Lot parking passes with their reservation.All other vehicles must pay the $17 parking fee and park in the General Lot. However, discounted parking is available upon inquiry.
    • The K Lot Tailgate Area is equipped with hot coal bins, garbage cans, and a portable restroom facility. Limited power is also available in this area as well.
    • Additional equipment is the responsibility of the client. However, tables and chairs are available to rent from the Stadium Operations Department.
    • Additional portable restrooms, as well as portable wash stations can be rented from the Stadium Operations Department as well.
    • The following items are not permitted on the Coliseum property:
      • Alcohol
      • The sale of any items
      • Tents that must be staked into the ground

  • Reserved B-Lot Tailgate Area

    • There are seven areas available in the Reserved B lot Tailgate Area. Each area is approximately 2500 square feet and can accommodate approximately 200 people.
    • Cost: $100 per area. Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date.
    • Each group will receive one (1) parking pass per tailgate area reservation. Each additional vehicle must pay the $17 parking fee. However, discounted parking is available upon inquiry.
    • Tailgate areas are equipped with hot coal bins, garbage cans. Portable restroom facilities are located within the vicinity of the rented space.
    • Power is NOT available in the Reserved B Lot Tailgate Area.
    • Additional equipment is the responsibility of the client. However, tables and chairs are available to rent from the Stadium Operations Department.
    • The following items are not permitted on the Coliseum property:
      • Alcohol
      • The sale of any items
      • Tents that must be staked into the ground
